“Hull Construction & Repair”
Hull works are our core specialty and the foundation that allowed us to expand our horizons. These projects were the very first assignments undertaken by ABACUS in 2005 at a repair shipyard. Over time, we began delivering projects on newly built vessels and cooperating with Rolls-Royce Marine in the production of components. In the following years, we played a significant role in outfitting an entire series of PSV-type vessels.

Where Did We Gain Our Experience?
We gained our experience primarily in shipyards located in the Tricity area of Poland, where we developed our expertise before entering the European market. Years of working on specialist vessels, passenger ferries, and military units allowed us to refine our capabilities and establish the highest working standards. Both thin and thick steel plate processing are part of our daily expertise. Since 2018, we have continuously participated in projects involving the world’s largest passenger ships, gaining experience through the most demanding and prestigious investments in the industry.

Our operations are based on certified production and welding processes. We hold Welding Workshop Approval certification as well as approved WPQR welding procedures for the processes we perform, ensuring the highest quality of hull and structural works.
