Our story began in Polish shipyards. For many years, we carried out vessel construction and refurbishment projects within REMONTOWA Holding facilities. The experience gained over the years enabled us to take on increasingly demanding projects and paved the way for our expansion into the European market.
Our journey with European projects began at the Meyer Werft shipyard, where we were responsible for the construction and interior finishing of suites on cruise ships. This marked a key milestone in the development of our company.
The experience we gained allowed us to expand our operations into hull works. This was another important step in strengthening our position as a reliable and trusted partner.
In response to the growth of our operations in Germany and our further expansion plans, ABACUS GmbH was established, bringing together experienced specialists from various industries.
Since 2023, we have been developing a new area of business focused on the installation of water slides and supporting structures on ships, recreational facilities, and water parks. Our projects are carried out efficiently, safely, and with a strong focus on durable solutions.
Since 2026, we have operated under a new logo that reflects our dynamic growth and modern approach to project execution.
